Together, we will teach you to plate up so your family and guests are WOWED! Plus tips and tricks to make food prep more of a gift than a chore, and how to keep you (and perhaps your partner and family) eating tastier, healthier, and more delicious meals than EVER BEFORE.

This course requires time. You will need to really dedicate an hour every day to the kitchen. Plus a few hours on the weekends to deciding on what you want to eat for the week and stocking your pantry and fridge. But this extra time will be SO WORTHWHILE!! It will bring such joy to not only your own life, but the lives of those you love and care for. Because food IS community in action. Food is LOVE in action. Food nourishes us to be the best that we can be for ourselves.
Stay on track with Weekly Online Meet Ups & Daily Prompts
This course has 4 x online one-hour meet ups (two time zone options) and daily 'live' and recorded prompts to keep you on track. These daily motivational video prompts are recorded ON THE DAY. We do not pre-record anything. All of our online courses are in REAL TIME. We want to help you stay committed and connected to small daily changes that make a big difference. We provide a tracker system on Google Docs for each participant to fill in daily to help keep everyone motivated.
The total amount of time each day is no more than 60 minutes, though you are free to do more. Plus 2-3 hours of shopping and meal prep on weekends.
Accountability is key to Progress
Accountability is key when it comes to making small shifts in our daily lives. When we register for courses that are “at our own pace” people tend to put them off. Procrastination is human nature. Bloom Rhythms online workshops will help keep you accountable - with gentle, easy prompts.
