Peaceful Practice is here to help. Creating 30 days of support through guided meditations, weekly meet ups, and mindful movements – this course is a breath of fresh air and that little bit of extra sunshine.

Online Forums available for Post Practice Feedback
Daily meditation prompts and mindful movement sequences are provided to bring in a sense of delicious daily rhythms. Online forums created to post practice feedback, and to hear how fellow particpants are doing. Community is where it’s at as we are shifting, glowing, and growing along.
Stay on track with Weekly Online Meet Ups & Daily Prompts
This course has 4 x online one-hour meet ups (two time zone options) and daily 'live' and recorded prompts to keep you on track. These daily motivational video prompts are recorded ON THE DAY. We do not pre-record anything. All of our online courses are in REAL TIME. We want to help you stay committed and connected to small daily changes that make a big difference. We provide a tracker system on Google Docs for each participant to fill in daily to help keep everyone motivated.
The total amount of time each day is no more than 30 minutes, though you are free to do more.
Accountability is key to Progress
Accountability is key when it comes to making small shifts in our daily lives. When we register for courses that are “at our own pace” people tend to put them off. Procrastination is human nature. Bloom Rhythms online workshops will help keep you accountable - with gentle, easy prompts.
It’s all about saying YES to 30 days of YOU TIME. We are here to, first and foremost, support you. Because no one can do it alone. It takes a GLOBAL VILLAGE to Bloom into New Rhythms.
