Join us for 30 days of easy stitch, tender breaths

These 30 days of Mindful Breath and Slow Stitch practices are not so much about how long you dedicate to them each day. Rather – the daily prompts are set up to create regularity and flow with the breath, plus enjoying 15-20 minutes of contemplative stitch. What you make is less the focus. But it is rewarding to witness your practice progress through a physical object you can admire and hold.

Workshop Fees exclude material cost

Register One Month Prior to receive your Stitch Pack

Registration for this course is advised one month prior to beginning so that stitch packs have plenty of time to reach you. However – you may register as early as the day before if you already have stitch materials and are ok to receive the pack later on.

Stay on track with Weekly Online Meet Ups & Daily Prompts

This course has 4 x online one-hour meet ups (two time zone options) and daily 'live' and recorded prompts to keep you on track. These daily motivational video prompts are recorded ON THE DAY. We do not pre-record anything. All of our online courses are in REAL TIME. We want to help you stay committed and connected to small daily changes that make a big difference. We provide a tracker system on Google Docs for each participant to fill in daily to help keep everyone motivated.

The total amount of time each day is no more than 30 minutes, though of course you are free to do more. 10-15 minutes of recommended breath practice. 15 minutes of slow stitch.

Accountability is key to Progress

Accountability is key when it comes to making small shifts in our daily lives. When we register for courses that are “at our own pace” people tend to put them off. Procrastination is human nature. Bloom Rhythms online workshops will help keep you accountable - with gentle, easy prompts.
