Journaling prompts are provided in this uplifting 30 day online course. You don’t have to worry about what you’re going to say. We’ve taken the guesswork out with simple questions and suggestions that will get your pen moving in no time at all. Keyboard journaling works too – depending on your preference.
Upon completion of the workshop, you will be awarded with your very own Bloom Rhythms Journal to continue your practice! These will give you continued prompts and encouragements to continue after the workshop is over. Online version is available as well.
Stay on track with Weekly Online Meet Ups & Daily Prompts
This course has 4 x online one-hour meet ups (two time zone options) and daily 'live' and recorded prompts to keep you on track. These daily motivational video prompts are recorded ON THE DAY. We do not pre-record anything. All of our online courses are in REAL TIME. We want to help you stay committed and connected to small daily changes that make a big difference. We provide a tracker system on Google Docs for each participant to fill in daily to help keep everyone motivated.
The total amount of time each day is no more than 30 minutes, though you are free to do more.
