Bloom and Nourish is the second in the series of three retreats.
It focuses on all of the things women can do to NOURISH themselves through the mid years transition and beyond.

Bloom and Nourish helps us to come into rhythm with our bodies as they are emerging, changing, and growing into a whole new phase. It’s like the cocoon and the butterfly. As you are preparing to fly again, you’ll need more rest. Perhaps learn to eat a little differently. As we nourish ourselves, we nourish everyone around us too.  Balance is regained, peace arrives.  All through the kind act of self-care and compassion.
